Alex Menendez founded Instinct Films in 1997. He has since filmed on location in Spain, Haiti, Dominican Republic, San Salvador, Ibiza, Alaska, Barbados, Jamaica, Bahamas and throughout the States. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida.

He has been EMMY-nominated for various shows produced for the Travel Channel, completed thousands of television commercials, and readily shoots stills for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, PGA, and other pro and amateur leagues, as well as various media outlets. His experience also includes aerial and underwater photography and videography.
